Red border in all my output videos

I've used Hybrid to increase the framerate of my video from 25fps to 60fps, using these steps:

But in all my output videos, I see a red border of approx. 5 pixels thick appearing after 3 seconds. Why is this and what is causing this?

Without knowing anything about the source you have aside from the frame rate I would suspect that your source isn't mod8 and that current svp versions have a problem with that.
If you share more details or a small source which allows me to reproduce the issue I can look into it in detail.
