Hi there!

I was looking around on how to add burned in message in the output encode. 
My goal would be to burn in the frame, much like the "drawtext" filter from ffmpeg. If I can use variables from the pipeline even better, like PTS or frame type.

What you describe are basically subtitles, so use subtitles.
