[BUG] AviSynth 32 bit - Can't process mpg file, Hybrid won't use MPEG2Source

Using Hybrid Dev version 2020.10.17.1.

Hyrid seems to be "locked" into wanting to use D2VSource instead of MPEG2Souce for .mpg files. And, it gives an error when trying to use it, "There is no function named 'D2VSource'."

I can reproduce the problem, will look into it later today and report back.
side note: MPEG2Souce is obsolete 'https://github.com/Asd-g/MPEG2DecPlus' uses D2VSource(..)
which causes the mix-up.
