In Hybrid Dev version 2020.11.03.1, the Custom Filter Order list is broken.

Pressing either the up or the down arrow will only move the highlight down. It won't move up, and more importantly, it won't move any filter (only the highlight moves, and it only moves down). It's therefore impossible to set Custom Filter Orders in Hybrid 2020.11.03.1.
