Hi, noob here, download a BDMV file folders and want convert to a MKV file with passthrough all. Able to input through Blue-ray playlist with 31 M2TS flies, but some how the output not completed merge, anyone can guide me how to do it?

That just looks wrong.
Normally there should be one playlist for the whole movie and may be a bunch of dummy playlists as copy protection by obscurity.
So Hybrid lists all the playlists that it could detect and let's the user select the playlist that the user wants.
-> Seems like something is wrong with the playlists,...

Yes normally I don't need the playlist at all, I just choose the most bigger m2ts files which is the movie only, however in this case this movie split to 31 files, can Hybrid convert and combine all to output into one MKV file?

Nope, sorry. Hybrid can't combine/append stuff.

Don't hold your breath for Hybrid supporting such stuff.
Concatenating requires lot's of checks to be sure the output is playable.
-> not planning to support that any time soon
