[BUG] "Filter View" windows in the wrong order?
#1
Hardware: Core i7-4770K, 16GB RAM
OS: Windows 7 Pro 64bit
Hybrid: 2020.12.13.1 (dev patch)

The FFmpeg->Filtering tab in Hyrid has a Filter view function which is great. although exactly how it works takes some guesswork.

The window that pops up says the original video is on the right side of the display, and the filtered version is on the left, however my suspicion is these are swapped over, so Left=Original, Right=Filtered

It can be hard to tell if the filering is subtle, so I applied an extreme sharpening filter to try to make it obvious. As you will see below (if I can successfully add an image) or attachment if not     , i'm pretty sure the filtered version is on the right, so the window label/title on the Filter view popup is wrong.

Please, read the 'Infos needed to fix&reproduce bugs,..'-sticky before you post about a problem.

Yes, problem is the text. Smile
Should be 'left = original, right = filtered), same as for default for Avisynth and Vapoursynth.

Avisynth and Vapoursynth Filter Previews both also offer:
a. a split view where half or the image is the original and the other half is the filtered view
b. the possibility to view the original and filtered frame interleaved (<- this is really helpful when comparing the effect of filters and my default view)
c. the possibility to look at the difference of the original and filtered frames
d. to show the histogram and some basic info.

Dev versions are in the 'experimental'-folder of my GoogleDrive, which is linked on the download page.
