cant run hybrid

Sorry for dumb question 
I search forum before i create this topic and i cant find any solution or im blind
this is my problem

using a custom misc.ini-file inside the Hybrid-folder:

[General]
runAsAdmin=true

allows Hybrid to be used with AdminRights. (see: https://forum.selur.net/showthread.php?tid=10)
Searching for 'runAsAdmin' should also show a few other thread where this has been asked.
