Looking at the encoder call:

a. change the default temp path (Config->Paths) to something not in a protected folder
b. try adjusting your file names to something that can be fully decoded by the mac os terminal (especialy the question marks in the file names hint to  issues).

Thanks Celur for taking the time to help.
I changed the temp path to my user folder. And I changed the output path to something simpler with characters that should be recognised.
But nothing changed in the results.
