Using Hybrid 2021.04.12.1 release.
If I import an image stream, like this:

On the AviSynth (x86) script page, it specifies PC.709 instead of Rec709 (like it should for TV).
Hybrid 2021.04.12.1 release (incorrect, will be too dark):
