same folder tree on output as on input

Hi,

how to follow a folder structure on input to output files ?
I found setting to add prefix, but I want to have same folder tree on output as on input if possible ...
And adding prefix is using as prefix first directory in case you drop multiple directories to app - its a bug ?

You can tell Hybrid to create the input next to the output, but you can't tell it to create additional folders.
