many versions, even the latest, and update details, very helpful, seems good. But is it safe to download here? since it's not official download site, worry about modified or virus.

You can always enter the link or upload the files you downloaded to https://www.virustotal.com/gui/ to be more certain about whether the site is still legit.

Can't say for sure since it was probably 10+years that I visited last https://www.digital-digest.com, but at least then it was a solid/legit page.
