When I check "ColorBalance" filter appears this window:

Channel Mixer filter - same error

Thanks for reporting.
I can see the problem.
Sadly the only choice I have atm. is to remove/disable ColorBalance&ChannelMixer when using Avisynth 64bit since I can't find a 64bit version of them.
