No A/V/ delay taken into account

What I did:

• Started Hybrid
  
• Loaded the file.
  
• Looked at the delay audio data of  first track (Base->Audio->A/V delay)  and it showed 1000.
  
• Switched 'Base->Processing->Audio' to 'custom'.
  
• Switched tp the second audio track (by setting 'Base->Stream Selection->Audio' from '1 - fr' to '2 - en'
  
• Looked at the delay audio data of the second track (Base->Audio->A/V delay)  and it showed 0.
  
• Added the first audio track to the audio queue (Audio->Base->Add current)

• I then sat an .mp4 output file (Base->Output file) and let Hybrid create a job (Base->Add to queue).
  
• Then I disabled "Jobs->Queue->Minimize job command lines" to look at the created job calls.
  

I then copied the MP4Box muxing call and split it up to better see what happend with the delays:
(Note that since mp4 does not support negative delays all stream delays get adjusted by the most negative delay.)

All the delays have been properly adjusted.
