hi - NVEnc64 issue

hi how do you fix NVenc64 im having trouble opening hybrid it's an error about NVenc64. help plzzzz!

Can you give more details about the error?
Wild guess: Driver issue, so try the latest drivers.

i have to uninstall and install it back for opening the program again i can't open second time if i do it's says error about nvenc64 not found something like that.

something like that,... doesn't help me at all.
Hybrid by default doesn't look for NVEnc64, but assumes that the binary is named NVEnc (even if it's the 64bit Version).
-> try to uninstall Hybrid and all it's settings before you reinstall it.
