[HELP] I can't play encoded video in my phone.
#1
The video I encoded isn't played on my phone.
My phone is LG G7 ThinkQ.
At first, I thought there was a problem with encoding, so I turned the encoding twice, changed the version, changed the setting, and tested it about five times, but all of them cannot be played. I encoded other videos just in case.
Regular Full HD video quality encoding works well.
When I encode and insert the 4K UHD file that I have to play, it plays well on the computer, but strangely, it doesn't play only on my phone.

On the mobile phone, the phrase "It's an unsupported video format" appears, making it impossible to play.

I don't know what the problem is.

This is an additional question, I feel like I encode 4K video in Hybrid versionĀ 2021.07.18.1, it feels like theĀ Image quality down.

The bottom is the original and the top is the encoded image.
I feel like quality is down a little bit...
