[HELP] encode ProRes MP4 using another H264 MP4 parameters?
#1
there is a ProRes mp4 file(a), and a h264 mp4 file(b), i want to encode the ProRes mp4 file(a) to a h264 mp4 file( c ), file( c ) has the same parameters with file(b), how to?

since i need to join some parts of file(a) and file(b), but one is Prores, another is h264, so i have to encode the Prores to h264, and as well as the same parameters.

Assuming your file was created with x264 and nobody removed the encoding settings from the SEI, mediainfo should be able to display the encoding settings.
If that is the case you can copy those settings, enter them under "x264->Misc->Imports/Addition->Command line->MediaInfo import" and press "x264->Misc->Imports/Addition->Command line->MediaInfo import->Import MediaInfo 'Encoding Settings'".
