Is the MipSmooth filter included in Hybrid? I can't seem to find it.

Not atm. it probably 15+ years since I used it, can't really remember it.
a. I doubt its as good as current Avisynth filters. b. afaik there is only a 32bit version  (not even sure it would still work with Avisynth++ since it's probably an old Avisynth 2.5 plugin) -> if you want you could simply use it in a custom section. Small correction, there is a 64bit built linked over at: http://avisynth.nl/index.php/AviSynth%2B_x64_plugins (from 2007)
