[HELP] job button no respon

I have made all settings and then I turn to job button, but there is no any response. what should I do?

Log in Base tab should show a reason when a job was not created.

I have already set the output path in the config tab. However, in the base tab it sitll shows the information to set the output path. see the screen please.
