[BUG] No NVENC Support on RTX 3060 Laptop GPU?

Hi,

Thanks for making Hybrid, I have used it for years and find it very useful.
I recently got a new machine with an RTX 3060 Laptop GPU and Hybrid isn't detecting it's NVENC capabilities:
   

I did a features check using NVEncC.exe seen on some other thread and here is the console output:

Have you tried the current version?
(card should be supported)
If the current version does not support the card post the the exact name or the card as it is reported in the Log-tab.
