NVenc not appear in video prossesing new GPU

Just upgrade from gtx 1080 to RTX 3050, open old preset and appear notification NVENC encoder error, and not appear in video processing, fresh installation not help. Use version rev 2021.12.12.1

Yeah, 3050 cards are not in the compatiblity list atm. will add them and send you a link to a dev version for testing in an hour or so.
