[HELP] Vapoursynth plugins loading twice (on Linux)

You should specify:

[General]
vsNoLibraries=true
vsPluginsPath="PATH_TO_YOUR_Plugins"
vsScriptPath="PATH_TO_YOUR_Scripts"

If Hybrid does not startUp with this set, what do you see if you call it from a command line?
Does it change anything if you delete your hybrid settings?
