[HELP] VHS Dropouts (comet tail flashes)

What would be the best way to remove these in Hybrid? There are lots at the start of the tape, but they eventually settle down.

Depends on the dropouts,...
Typically, KillerSpots, Spotless and DeSpot help with those, other Denoisers might too on some of them.
(note that you can restrict filters to only a specific range of frames)
Using Avisynth additionally 'FixRips' would be a script that could also help. (this is not included in Hybrid)
