aomenc low resource usage

During aomenc conversion i have very low hardware usage (few percent gpu and few percent cpu).I dont know aomenc is gpu or cpu based program.How to use full potential of my computer adding more power to this proccess?aomenc is very slow for now.

aoemenc is slow as hell no way around that using other cpu usage values might help a bit, read:

AV1 encoding is still experimental in Hybrid and only available in the latest dev version.

btw. rav1e is a faster av1 encoder which has far fewer options atm.
