I had to make some small changes last time when I adjusted to latest RIFE changes and ended up with an additional 'torch_dependencies' folder.

I usually got a drop-in addon with all the stuff.
I simply don't offer a public download for it since traffic for it would be too much. Smile
dev installer ~1GB
torchAddon ~5GB
vsgan_models 7.5GB
In case you run into problems let me know and I can send you links to the download.
