Bug Hybrid_2022.11.28.1 - x265 Signaling Transfer is grayed out

Bug: In the latest version Hybrid_2022.11.28.1. When checking "Transfer" and unchecking "to input" under x265>Signaling the drop down list list is grayed out and you can't change the default bt709 to anything else.

I ended up using an older version in stead and it worked as intended.

What I did, trying to reproduce this:

• Start Hybrid.
  
• load a source file
  
• set "Base->Processing->Video" to "x265"
  
• enabled "x265->Signaling->Video Usabitlity Information->Transfer"
  
• disabled "x265->Signaling->Video Usabitlity Information->Transfer->to input"
  

=> I can't reproduce this.

I uninstalled the older version I reverted to (2020.05.01.1) and reinstalled 2022.11.28 again and it's not longer grayed out. Unless it was a user error it seems to work as it should for me again.
