Okay, so the issue is fft3dfilter.
Does 'Filtering->Vapoursynth->DeNoise->FFT3DFilter' work if you enable 'Filtering->Vapoursynth->DeNoise->FFT3DFilter->Neo' ?
If that works, try whether QTGMC Placebo works if you enable 'neo' there too?
