[Suggestion] add a "2 steps" flag on Crop/resize section

as always i'm doing different croppings on every VHS... and the un/down buttons can't be used easly to change the cropping section because (correctly) x size and y size need to be "EVEN".. but for speed purposes usually i change values using steps of 2..
can be nice to have a "flag" to make every change x2 ... 2 - 4 - 8 - 10 to avoid the warning and make the mouse pointer on the button for regulations without moving it to close alterts

and also (if is possible) ... a flag/button to HOOK the PICTURE CROP vlues to LETTERBOX automatically ( this to cut noises and set letterbox without resizes in a very very fast way)

Should be possible to add a:
a. a modX
b. a copy cropy-values
option to custom letterbox section.
Not sure where I will place these, will think about is some more this evening after work.
