How can I add several videos so that they have the same configuration in which they will be encoded? There instructions? pls

Either:
a. opening them all at once (Base->Open File)
or
b. dragging&dropping them into Hybrid
will open them all at once.
Then configure Hybrid like you would normally and they will all be encoded with the same settings.
