Must say, bug must be deep rooted into my system   ... 
Resetting hybrid , no vail...  Re-installing / update to 12-11-1657 → same wall !

Just saying, must be an recent bug... going back to an hybrid release of a month ago, didn't bugged me xD

Update:

So, it seems i know what iam doing after all....  
Suddenly by using the same setting as before but failed, now seems to works   

So Sir Selur you have outdone yourself, and tsmux is in the clear *Bravo / handclap * ... for now atleast...   
 
Nobody knows what future holds my dear friend
