Batch Processing

I was wondering, is it possible for Hybrid to process a folder of videos rather than selecting each one by one? Would be happy to do this via CLI or script if that's possible but would appreciate any help I can get

Yes.
If you open the folder, select all files in it.
You can also drag&drop a folder or multiple files into Hybrid.
You might want to get familiar with how the video, audio, subtitle, chapter options work in Hybrid.
