I did and I used that as source for all the encodes,....
"C:\Users\Selur\Desktop\source.avi" is where I downloaded it too,...
by the partial output of mediainfo you posted:
it seems like the container somehow indicates more frames,...
Does this also happen, if you ignore the audio?
