I read the instructions about msic.ini

国家和语言都行不通。
我以前用过的megui

Sorry, you are correct.
Changing the language was removed years ago since I never got around to do it.
(Also it was too much work and caused problems on some Linux distributions.)
Totally forgot to remove the info

change GUI language:
    langauge=LanguageNumber
 (langauge number choices -> http://doc.qt.io/qt-5/qlocale.html#Language-enum)

in the hints about it.
=> removed it now.

The actual code marking all the translatable elements as translatable and the whole translation backend was removed years ago.
=> would be a lot of work, so this is probably not going to happen, sorry.
