Hi, I manage to get a screenshot on the overall PSNR performance at the end of encoding [the PSNR value seem normal to me ].
But after I tried to decode the bitsteam and the frame-by-frame QP values recorded in an excel sheet is about 250 per frame , do you have any idea on this number?
