How to change output frame rate?

Since doing a complete reinstall of Hybrid and using QTGMC with Bob enabled I was hoping to double the frame rate but Hybrid is still outputting to the original 25fps. I have forgot how to change that setting?

Hybrid will automatically adjust the frame rate when deinterlacing with bob.
My guess is Hybrid does not deinterlace, since the source is not detected as interlaced.
If your source is not properly flagged and misidentified, overwrite the scan type to the correct value.
