Is there a filter to replace specific frames with surrounding frames and blend/interpolate them? I thought that ReplaceSingle did this, and I even inputted all the frames to replace but it gives me a very weird file where the video is frozen after a few frames but the audio keeps playing. Is this the incorrect filter to use? For context, these frames are not duplicates or black frames that would benefit from some other specific filters. They are white noise that populates about every 4 frames. But again, I don't know if I should be using a different filter or tool.
ReplaceSingle is the filter which should do this.
From your description, you should try whether it helps, to set SCD to 0, to disable scene change detection.
Would need a sample of the original to say whether other filters might be better suited.

Here is a sample.
Yesterday, I did try setting SCD to 0, but it still didn't do anything. Which I thought was weird.
Uploaded a dev version (inside the 'experimental'-folder in my GoogleDrive, linked on the download page) which should fix the problem.
Let me know whether that version works for you. (if that mp4 is your source, you need to disable Bestsource as source filter)
