[BUG] No Auto-Update on Bitrace Calculation

Build Used: 16.11.2024

Problem:
Bitrate is not automatically corrected when audio file is added/removed, even when same target size is re-elected in the list.
Only when a different one is chosen first, and then again the new desired one is chosen after that, the bitrate calculates anew.

it happens with x265 (but it did work correctly when using nvenc/av1)
