Cant seem to find this info anywhere. GPU needed? And what is the minimum recommended gpu? My only use case is upscaling 720p footage to 1440p using nnedi3, and changing color matrix to rec709, both with vapoursynth. Nothing else required.

No special GPU is needed for using nnedi3.
