Trying to fix this but I can't

I have an issue with something that seems like blue and red halo artifact but maybe it isn't halo. Is there any way I can fix it with Hybrid?

Looks like some anaglyph content. (then one would probably go from a3D naglyph to 3D sbs and drop one side to get 2D)
Assuming it's not, I did a quick test trying some ChromaShift/ChromaShiftSP (https://imgsli.com/MzQ2NDIz/), but then maybe shifting RGB planes instead would be better.
Maybe shift is different between different fields,..
I'll have another look at it after work.

Got a sample of an unprocessed source? YUV444P12 doesn't seem like it's the native format.

I will create one with the native.

Shift+BasicVSR+++ it's very good. How do I get to that?

I tried the ChromaShiftSP though and this scene was pretty right but I suppose the result varies from scene to scene.

Thanks!

BasicVSR++ comes with the torch-addon Smile
(I applied BasicVSR++ only on the chroma planes, not the luma plane)

Also do you have a source sample that is untouched? (not resized and whatever was done to the file or is this the only source?)

Ps.: tried shifting RGB planes => stupid idea doesn't help
