		Yes, sRestore is rather slow.
You can look at the source, if the blended frames follow a fixed pattern you can use, SelectEvery instead of sRestore, to remove the blended frames, which is really fast, but it only works for fixed patterns.

		Yeah, the sRestore Vapoursynth version is slower due to some Vapoursynth restrictions.
Unless someone finds a better way to port it, there is no way around it.
