Nvidia 5080 Not being detected as CUDA GPU

Parsec Virtual Display Adapter  NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080

Virtual Displays,...  with random display adpater names,...
Does 'NVEncC --check-features' for on that system?

i have removed the parsec stuff days ago dunno where this is getting picked up from just checked display in device manager is not there. Earlier was working find with old gpu. i updated hybrid after settin new one and doesnt work anymore. Afaik 5080 doesnt support 32bit stuff anymore could that be it ? how fo i do the the check features command
