I load a preset where Resizer was saved.
I checked it now, for example NNEDI3 works correctly.
But VSMLRT does not, when loading a preset it loads the selected model, but the setting itself is disabled after loading the preset, although it would be enabled when saving the preset.
The previous version did not have such a problem.

Took a quick look at it, there was no change.
'Resize - XY' only saves the settings for that resizer, that hasn't changed and is the same for alle the resizers here.

I found out that it's not only vsMLRT, but all resizers, but the problem only appears on new presets, there is no problem on old presets.
Maybe I clicked somewhere wrong and now the resize has stopped saving?

I found the problem.
'Resize - XY' never included the 'vsUseVapoursynthResizer'.
'Resize' did, but it was renamed a while ago from 'useVapoursynthResizer' to 'vsUseVapoursynthResizer' and I somehow missed a few places where still the old name was used.
=> will look into it and upload a fixed version later.
