[HELP] Frame Blending impossible to remove ?

Hi selur I hope you're well.
I have a new problem. I'm trying to remove ghosting under hybrid with TDecimate but it doesn't remove everything.
Do you have a solution to offer me? What option should I check on hybrid?

No clue whether TDecimate can be used, but:

• Bob deinterlacing using QTGMC and then applying sRestore with frate=23.9760 fps works fine on the sample for me.
  
• Bob deinterlacing using QTGMC and then using SelectEvery with Cycle "5" and Offsets "0 2" works fine on the sample for me.
  (compared to sRestore this will be a lot faster, but will problems if pattern changes)
