Artificial Intelligence without Natural Intelligence destroyed these videos: Apparently someone upscaled interlaced content without deinterlacing properly, you can clearly spot wobbling caused by field-blended vertical scaling.

Nice, example.
Maybe the 'ai' got confused with the flickering shadows and interlaced lines.

Just my thoughts. The material should have got deinterlaced properly before upscaling; but there the upscaling blended the interlaced fields and then tried to invent contours into the blends.
