[HELP] Upscaling VCD .dat files problem

No preview in Vapoursyth for some time. Also crashes with the same Avisynth filters.

You start the gui of Dependency wallker and then you can need to drag and drop the dlls I listed in it. (one at a time)
It should then show you it's dependencies and whether something is missing.

They all report errors, but I don't know what it all means. Link above for each .dll file report.

Seems like you are missing any c++ runtimes,..
try installing:
