If it is sync one can tell Hybrid to compensate the delay with ffmpeg (Config->Input->Decoding->Fix {positive|negative} delay through ffmpeg).
If it is not sync, try the options I mentioned.

Ps.: Like I mentioned MediaInfo does report the delay in the source. I have no clue what StaxRip does not does not do. (I'm not spending hours debugging StaxRip)
