The idea for a template is to have the basic settings in place and then I will change the additional or same settings according to need.

The link about the presets&co I provided should offer the information you need to load and save presets.

Note, that Hybrid is not meant to be easy but versatile. A steep learning curve and at least basic understanding of containers, video formats, etc. is probably required to use it.
Hybrid is a basically a one-man-project, which I maintain in my free time, that is meant for advanced users. Even as a novice user you can probably use it, but be warned: It won't be easy, and you will have to do a lot of reading to understand what you are doing. (the tool-tips are meant to give some hints)
