[HELP] How properly install Hybrid on KUbuntu 24.04.3

Sorry but problems again.
I download Hybrid Linux64bit (with base tools and most dependencies): Qt 5.15.3 (tools) (~111MB) and unpack in folder Downloads. (I do same in first instalation.)
In /home/boris/Downloads/hybrid/plugins/  all plugins
In /home/boris/Downloads/hybrid/vsscripts/ all vsscripts
misc.ini in /home/boris/.hybrid/
misc.ini
vScriptPath="/home/boris/Downloads/hybrid/vsscripts/"
vsPluginsPath="/home/boris/Downloads/hybrid/plugins/"

vapoursynth.conf in /home/boris/.config/vapoursynth/
vapoursynth.conf
SystemPluginDir=/home/boris/Downloads/hybrid/vsscripts/

In /home/boris/Downloads/hybrid/ Hybrid and other dependencie.

Also have folder /home/boris/.hybrid/

Again at moment I see Hybrid icon then disappears! (I just click 2 times on file Hybrid. Change permissions)

If Kubuntu is problem i can install Ubuntu no problems. Hybrid is very important to me.
