In the last dev version, in the log is shown the following message

Resetting Vapoursynth filter order. Adjust&Save the new FilteringModel defaults.

Could clarify, what is necessary to do reset the filters order ?

"Filtering->Vapoursynth->Misc->Filter Order/Queue->Reset"

Resets the filter order. (you the need to save the defaults, or at least the FilterModel defaults)
