[HELP] Low CPU usage and encoding speed

My old processor was an Intel I5-12400F with 6 P-Cores. The newer one (i5-14600) has 6 P-cores and 8 E-Cores.

Indeed, the problem is that my PC is using E-Cores in combination with P-Cores, lowering the CPU speed.

I changed the program affinity and now I have arround 140 FPS while rendering.
