[BUG] Updating Hybrid may fail due to LICENSE
#1
Bug
After a very long time I wanted to update Hybrid. The installer reported a failure with the file 64bit\license\GPLv2.txt; reason = Error 183: A file which already exists cannot be created. This was caused by a file LICENSE. already existing in my old Hybrid installation directory which prevents the creation of a subdirectory license\ until it gets deleted first.

When updating from an old version make sure to uninstall Hybrid completely before installing a new version.
I'll also look into the " 64bit\license\GPLv2.txt; " problem.

Ps.: deleting the 64bit\LICENSE will avoid the issue (argh, windows not being case-sensitve), but a proper deinstall is recommended.

Dev versions are in the 'experimental'-folder of my GoogleDrive, which is linked on the download page.

If a deinstallation is generally recommended, maybe add it to the installer script already?

It's only necessary, if:
a. Vapoursynth version changed
b. the install is rather old
but it's on my to-do to add it as an option (than can be disabled) to the installer.

Latest dev now has an option to deinstall the existing version, which is on by default, but can be disabled.
